Ms. Capobianco received her Juris Doctrate from Jacob D. Fuschberg, School of Law in Huntington, NY and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY.
Before creating her own firm, she worked as an associate for a prestigious personal injury firm in Stuart. There, she practiced in the areas of Plaintiff’s personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, nursing home negligence, breach of contract as well as in-house counsel involving claims against the firm.
Mrs. Capobianco is admitted to the Florida Bar, North Carolina Bar, New York Bar and the United States District Court Southern District of Florida.
